Customer Service hours: Monday-Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm EST, and Friday from 11 am to 2 pm EST. It is possible that we may answer during non-customer service hours, but there is no guarantee.

ETA for my order: Ground/Express shipping orders will generally ship out the next business day. No items will be shipped on the weekends. If an order is placed on a Friday, it should be shipped out on Monday. Some orders placed early Eastern Time may get out the same day, but this cannot be guaranteed.
What if I need to cancel my order?: Once an item is shipped out we no longer have control of the order.
What if I need to do an exchange or return?: Your items must be in brand new condition; they cannot have been used. If we receive the item with any stains, scratches, or signs of use, we will cancel the full return at the customer's expense. You can contact our Customer Service team at "CS@roll-life-international.com". They will be able to assist you with any needs regarding your order. Orders must be returned 30 days from purchase date,
International Orders: Customers placing orders from outside the 48 contiguous states are responsible for return shipping costs. Any fees or duties required by the country or state are also the customer's responsibility.
